Membership Process
Joining Troop TX-1214 starts with a conversation, between your family and members of our Troop Board. We want to get to know you, allow you to get to know our troop a little and make sure that we get your questions answered. To start this conversation, please fill out our Interest Form online. This will give us some basic information about your family. Please review the Troop Policy Handbook and the appropriate Checklist below to explain the membership process. We look forward to meeting your family!
NEW TROOP ORDER
This is a NEW order store (to replace old order forms). It is required even if just selecting "Troop Dues".
It will allow you to pay troop dues and any store items so we can order it..
Woodlands Needs: Troop Tshirt, Woodlands Polo and Lanyard
Nav/Adv Needs: Official uniform shirt, Lanyard, and Troop Tshirt for uniforms. Will also need Trail Handbook and Troop standard.
We are doing vitual payments this year, which will be on the payment page of our new store.
Registration/Membership Forms (Required)
Trailmen Forms
**Required** Trailmen Packet. Please fill out in entirety per boy, and upload to family folder.
Leader/Registered Adult Forms
**Required** Leader Packet. Please fill out in entirety per leader, and upload to family folder.
Troop Transport Form
Required in case of any type of transport that may be required from any Trail Life event.
